Hi I am bharat mangalpalli from solapur Maharashtra India. I face many problems from government employees . He is not following any work related guidelines . This problem are face many poor and uneducated people in India. One day I go to the bank for deseas case settlement. The sbi manager told to me only succession certificate is valid for deseas case settlement.i asking to Manger regarding RBI guidelines but he don't No RBI guidelines regarding deseas case settlement.i search on Google regarding RBI guidelines and print the copy to sbi manager and he agreed for case settlement without succisine certificate . Only legal documents I will provide to bank.
